Merchandise in saleable condition with original packaging, including instruction manuals, may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

There may be a restocking fee of at least 15% for products returned without following these guidelines:
• You must request a return within 30 days of the original invoice date. (Please note, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on customized merchandise, special orders, or software purchases.)
• Original manufacturer’s packing, both inside and outside, must be returned.
• Returns must be complete with all accessories and peripherals.
• Products must be in re-sellable, “as new” condition.
• Labels, ribbons and cables must be removed from printer prior to shipping.
• NO CREDIT will bei ssued for labels or ribbons that have been opened or used.
• You MUST obtain an RMA number (valid for 14 days from date issued), by calling 516-942-0560 (and press 4) BEFORE returning any eligible merchandise. A fully executed copy of the RMA sheet must be filled out, signed and faxed back, as well as put in the box, to ensure proper credit is applied in a timely manner. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT A SIGNED COPY OF THE RMA SHEET.
• The RMA number MUST be printed on the address label NOT on the original manufacturer’s box. If the box is marked in any way, a “new box charge” will apply for the replacement box.
